Initially went to pick up truck when told it was ready. Shows up next day and found that there was over spray/ compound all over truck cover and down driver side. When looking at repairs there was visible paint drips that were on the truck and paint runs from repairs. After checking wheel well cover multiple screws were not even in place and cover was not secured. Refused to take vehicle and representative took truck back. Upon arrival to pick up a 2nd time truck was better condition. There is still a chip in the bumper, but needed to take truck as was leaving on vacation. Upon arrival at home opened truck bed and discovered that truck liner is full of compound or paint and sanding debris. Have pictures to prove this. Will not be driving back to location to have cleaned. Will have to do myself.

Everyone treated us well and we were kept up to date as we were told would happen. The work was done and completed when we were told it would be done. We are very satisfied but I never give a perfect rating. Nobody even me is perfect.

My car didn't even have a thousand miles on it when some perk sideswipe me. At first I was going to trade it in! Let's be real, who wants to own a brand new $80,000 car that's been in a wreck? I talked to the people at Gerber collision and glass and they convinced me that they can make it look brand new again. Though I was skeptic. I gave it a shot. It took less than a week to get my car back. And it did look brand new. Trust me," I scrutinize the f*** out of it". I was highly satisfied with the work and the time frame involved.
