As soon as I walk through the door, I knew I wanted them to take care of my vehicle. You can tell they care about what they do. From the receptionist all the way to the manager of the store they were detailed, professional and kept me informed the entire way of the process. They did an amazing job, like nothing even happened and they did it before the anticipated time. I highly recommend them!

No matter what situation or concern you may have, Angel is the person to go to at Gerber Collision. He is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and always has a pleasant and professional demeanor. He makes sure everything is handled in a timely manner and consistently keeps you updated on the progress of the work and the expected completion date. He is a pleasure to work with, and his excellent customer service truly makes the entire experience much easier.

It really was a "job well done." The estimator, Angel Perez, was friendly, personable and professional. He fully explained the job before the team began and after completion. Let's hope I never need them in the future but, if I do, I'm going to Gerber. Five stars!
