My vehicle was returned in excellent condition, and Greg did an amazing job on the repairs. This was my first time ever getting my car fixed, and the team handled everything professionally and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality of the repairs was outstanding. The only issue I experienced was the communication regarding the estimated completion time. The date was pushed back multiple times, and when I called for updates I was given different completion times. It wasn’t until I went in person that I was told the car was already finished and could be picked up at 4 PM. Clearer and more consistent updates would have improved the experience. Overall, the repair quality was excellent. I did notice a dinging noise near my coolant area while driving afterward, which may be due to the rushed timeline. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the workmanship.
