Outstanding! Very well communicated and efficient. They handled everything, all I had to do was show up for drop off and pick up. The car was returned perfectly repaired and detailed! They even helped me return the rental car. 5 star!!!

There was white residue remains on the car ceiling that wasn't there upon drop off, the passenger side door panel is not flush/soldered together something, and there is a stain on the passenger seat that wasn't there upon drop off and won't come off. Additionally, the replaced scratch-resistant protectors are not seamless.

I Alicia love B&M ! This was the first time using them and they are amazing! Keeping me informed via text and phone was one less worry! Even washed and cleaned the car, made me feel very valuable customer! Definitely will be using them again! ( hopefully not because hey no one wants to have a vehicle accident lol)

Anytime anyone is looking for a body shop. I will strongly advise them to use you. I got the estimate in one day. When I could drop the truck off. It was done in half the time I was told it might take. Everyone was super awesome taking care of me in my truck.
