Dean kept us up to date and explained all services that they were able to complete. My only additional wish for this transaction was that the car would have all repairs completed in one auto shop rather than LM Insurance requesting I get the final repairs completed, pay for repairs and request reimbursement from Liberty. Caliber did a great job and tried their best to make this transaction as easy as possible. I will be using them for any future auto body needs.

``Dean at caliber worked with my adjuster to confirm all that all my repairs were covered and that the adjuster would speak with me about the remaining mechanical repairs needed. I appreciate Dean keeping me informed and for advocating for me with the insurance company to get all damages repaired.

The text msgs sent by Dean and general updates were well appreciated. The step by step detail and process in the message was reassuring. I also was grateful that Caliber Collision allowed me to drop my rental car with them through their partnership with Enterprise. My all around experience was enjoysble from being greeted well at reception all tje wau throughh the passing over of my van keys.

The team was excellent. Excellent service folks. I appreciate all the hard work yall put into making my little civic whole again. I spend 10-13 hours a day working out of that car and it sure is nice too look at again. I might hit yall up for some questions about my front fender. I never got it fixed after getting an insurance quote on it. Thank you all.
