Car was damaged at the shop and the work was below subpar and sloppy. There was an invention There was an invention, the size of a small saucer plate from the crappy replacement door they used, they scratched the paint and tint, there was glue on the trim, they got a chemical on the back and there were paint runs that were about 4 inches in length with several drips. Also, they broke the motor on the power windows. I had to take it back April 28th. Zero communication other than with the insurance company

I’ve been to this location several times with no issue. This was my first time under the new ownership and there are absolutely no checks and balances. Zero communication and horrible workmanship.

Only reason I didn’t score a 10, was because I would have liked the technician to tell me what was done with my car. He just handed me my keys and when I asked, he just told me it was in the paperwork and walked off.
