I’d especially like to thank Samantha (Sam) for being extremely professional, thoroughly gracious, and exceedingly patient (with my numerous questions & requests)! It was really great to feel confident about my choice of auto-body repair, primarily because of Sam who is an ideal company representative! When the job was completed (early), I was thrilled with the quality of the work — even the paint was an exact match. I experienced friendly professional employees every step of the way. I was given an estimate of the work to be done , and date of completion , which I excepted. I did not have a rental, so was relieved to have a ride home. I especially appreciated the daily text updates. I was also called and given an explanation over the phone, which only increased my confidence in this company. Thank you Tony. I was relieved of calling my insurance company or filling out paperwork. The job was completed in a timely fashion, and I am very happy with the results. When I took possession of my car I had a special treat. Not only was it restored beautifully, but it was sparkling clean inside and out. I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass. You made the whole experience easy and stress free. You have my full endorsement.
