I would not recommend this shop nor would we pick this repair shop again in the future. I have been to a couple other repair shops in town over the years and never experienced this kind of service.

We were not satisfied with the quality of repairs at all. We waited over an hour to pick up our truck because they were cleaning it up for us. It was extremely dirty inside and out, they told us it’s because it was in a shop for repairs? We understand it was in a repair shop but to return our truck full of white dust all over seats and inside is unacceptable. There was also many repairs that were missed.

We were not satisfied with the customer service or communications. I had to call for my own updates and didn’t get calls when I was told I would. We had to wait over an hour to get truck when we were told it was ready for pick up. Also after taking the truck back a second time for repairs missed we waited over an hour and half.

I think they did a great job on my work truck. Will definitely consider taking my personal vehicle to them if I ever need collision repair. They're professional and very communicative throughout the repairs and it looked like they even took the truck to a car wash for me. Thank you Gerber.

Fantastic job! Even got the job done a few days before the completion date. Having gone through the accident was the worst day of the year being the shape the car was.
