First time here and have issues not sure if I would come back or not. Was going to request a quote for a windshield for my dodge truck but I think ill look elsewhere

Tape edge line on the bumper - not happy with the results

Used bumper was installed, not happy about that, but I know thats the insurance. But there are tape edge lines on the top of the bumper where it meets the rear quarter panel and both driver side rear tail lights now hold water. So im having to go back to the insurance to get them replaced vs having them replaced at the time of the body work being performed. Not the worst experience ive had at a body shop but definitely not the best ither. Not super stoked about the outcome

Never have had such a great experience. Professional, informative and friendly. We are very happy with the work that was done. They kept us informed of the work to be done and called to let us know the progress and anticipated day to be done-which was exactly when they said. Our car was given back to us in pristine shape. They even vacuumed the car interior and trunk and gave it a wash with instructions regarding washing the car--(not for 30 days) :-)

I asked for a quote for other repairs outside of insurance and was given an estimate for things that were not damaged. Shop stated “usually when there is an accident, this goes bad and needs replacing”. Quoted without fully inspecting.

Great awesome service car was done in 3 days we have two kiddos and they left the car very clean inside and out. We really appreciated their eye for detail. We’ve had our car fixed in the past by another shop and they left the cars inside dirty with the sanding dust or something. So we were appreciative that they took the time to clean the inside of our car.
