This is a comment on Gerber‘s and travelers. It would be nice if the full repair was done. I have been waiting for over a week for someone to follow through about finishing the repairs on the car. Also, it was initially said that it would take two weeks to repair and instead it took a month and it’s not even finished and when I call and ask about it no one calls back and no one has any answers. So not very happy!!

The office staff was rude to our daughter who we arranged to pick up car because we both work.. my husband was interrupted in his workday to take a phone because the turn signal did not work on the left side.

Very good communication. Driver door is still a little sticky (very slight), but they told me about it ahead of time. Said it's the new seal and to give it a few weeks. If it is still doing it, bring it back in.
