Horrifically dissatisfied with my experience. Would not recommend to anyone. The people I spoke to seemed like they wanted to help, but at the end of a two month repair, I received a car that does not start. When I called to see if I could get help I was told the battery had not been starting for some time. This would have been nice to know when I picked the car up. Now I’m stranded.

Horrifically dissatisfied with my experience. Would not recommend to anyone. The people I spoke to seemed like they wanted to help, but at the end of a two month repair, I received a car that does not start. When I called to see if I could get help I was told the battery had not been starting for some time and they believe one of their mechanics drained it. This would have been nice to know when I picked the car up, but instead I got stranded. I hope I never have to use them again.

The repair is great. Communication was spotty. We received three texts postponing our getting our car back. No personal calls. When they had it ready for pick up they called my cell phone and left a message. It never rang through. They admitted that sometime a cell thinks it is a spam call and does not alert the recipient. We did get out car back late Friday as initially promised only because my husband called to find out why such a simple repair was taking two weeks.they were very polite and even sent a driver to get me so I could go and pay our deductible.

The customer service was exceptional. My car looks like brand new. I appreciated that the needed parts were ordered prior to bringing my car. It kept time away from the car to a minimum and rental costs down. Also, I was told it may take 1 week to repair, it was done in 2 days. They went above and beyond. Thank you Gerber Collision for the exceptional work!!!

Gerber Collision is top notch. Every employee that I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the parts needed for my car was ordered prior to dropping my car off, saving me money on my rental car. In addition to that, I saved over $600 on rental fees due to my car being done early. I hope that I won't have a need for collision work again but if I do, Gerber Collision will be where I go. I am now a faithful customer. I will encourage others to use Gerber when needed.
