I made th appointment way in advance and the Insurance company contacted them weeks in advance so they could order the parts. This was also based on an estimate two months in advance, They still took 10 days to finish when they said it would only take 3 days. I was also surprised to see the total cost was 3 times the estimate.

As of today be in the fourth time for it to still not be right it is highly unlikely that we would refer anybody or we would use you all again

Since the first time we picked it up, we’ve had to take it back three times cause it wasn’t fixed properly and here we are going on week four and we still don’t have our car back so maybe when we get it back we can take this survey so we can give you all the details. The reason the score isn’t even lower was cause at least they were nice to us the first time Wait the second time we dropped off the car. And now that the GM is involved, he’s trying to get it fixed.

We were turned away the first time I went to ask for an estimate. The second time we took it back everyone seemed super nice but. But every time we’ve had to take the car back three times it has felt like it’s an inconvenience so honestly, it’s gone downhill at each visit.
