After the initial estimate, we were told that we would be attached to the email sent to the warranty company and receive a call in about a week/week and a half when the part. We received a direct email with the quote and when I replied inquiring if it had been sent to the warranty company, I received no response. Two weeks later, with no communication, I called to see if there were any updates. I was informed the part had arrived and I could bring the vehicle by at any time. The actual work was fast and efficient, but the communication leading up to it was limited at best.
