After I picked up my truck, I realized the tailgate free called down. They didn’t hook up the hydraulics. When I called asked about it, I was told they were wondering about it but never brought it up to me. Not a huge deal but I had to bring the truck back up and it was inconvenient to do so.

Part of the paint does not match. Waiting on call from Gerber to schedule warranty work. Have used Gerber many times in the past and other than this have always been satisfied.
