If you have to deal with car repair after an accident and the insurance, this is as good as it gets. I brought them my car, they looked at it and they gave me an estimated of damage and dealt with the insurance claim and I paid my deductible. I love the twice weekly update. The staffs are efficient and professional. They did a good job and the car looks great! They even detailed the car and that is going above and beyond. I was so please when I picked up my car. The edges of the hatch were a little rough and over all the inside of the car was dirty would have expected it to have been wiped clean but was very dirty and lots of dirt marks on the backseat upholstery

The quality of work was great just would have expected the car returned in cleaner more polished condition on the inside from where people had been working / was very dirty and there was dirt marks on the upholstery in the backseat and on the backs of the front seats

I thought Renew Collision did an excellent job! The car looked great! Good service! And the way they treated their customers could not be any better! They sent me two text a week Tuesdays and Thursdays so let me know what was happening. They called if there was anything unexpected. To the person in the front in the back working with me one of them had the highest customer service skills possible. It was terrific! I would highly recommend it!

I highly recommend ReNew Collision for any auto body repairs. They restored my Nissan to like-new condition, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Several of my coworkers have even asked who completed the repairs because the vehicle looks so great. The entire team was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. I especially appreciated the regular text message updates, which kept me informed every step of the way. JC was welcoming, helpful, and made the experience stress-free. The atmosphere was excellent, and they even arranged transportation for me to Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. Outstanding customer service and exceptional workmanship. In the last few years I have had 3 experiences using body shops, Renew is the very best- in every way.

Renew made a distressing situation better, by taking care of every detail in a smooth way, including updating with texts explaining progress being made. They are definitely my choice for any future need- though I hope none are necessary! Extra tidbit, a very nice young worker took me to Enterprise to pick up the rental so I would not have to wait for their driver.
