I have already submitted multiple photos to show the lack of repairs. After I was told it went through a thorough review process and everything was 100% ready to go. You still have my truck well beyond the estimated repair date and it’s still not finished.

Drop off was at 7:30 ( first time) no one was there until 8:00. Took month to finally get final repair only after insurance called them. Miraculously the part shows up the same day

I came in wanting something down to my truck, I was greeted with the up most respect. Tiffany helped me out with no problem, I thought I was being dramatic, and she assured me that no I was not. The color matches perfectly. You can not tell at all (except the clear clean headlight on that side hahaha) that there was any work done at all. I feel like you might have even balanced and rotated our tires or something. It’s riding great. We hope we never have to use you again, but if we do or we have friends who do… we will come back and recommend you all day long!!!
