I’m exceptionally pleased with the repairs completed! We all have heard horror stories about bad body shop repairs and I had a lot of doubt and anxiety about the repairs that Gerber would perform. However, I was blown away by the quality and speed at which the repairs were done! Also, the receptionist was very polite and answered all of my questions without hesitation. This shop is well run and is truly exceptional. Thank you to all of those Gerber employees that made this process smooth!

It took almost a month to receive the “1 part” that was ordered. I called on 3 different occasions requesting an update, and not once did they call back. When I initially went in for them to look at the damaged wheel, I told the appraiser that I needed to have the tires rotated. She said they could do that. When the wheel finally arrived, they didn’t call me to let me know it had come in. I had called in for the 4th time to check on the wheel and was advised that, it just came in. When I took the truck in to have the wheel replaced, I again asked to have the tires rotated. She once again said no problem. I spoke with a gentleman on a Friday and was told to bring it in first thing on Monday and they could get it out. I arrived at 7:40 on that Monday and was told, “you’re not on the books” to have work done?? I told her about the call I had had the prior Friday and was told they would get it out. I told her I had to get it back that day as I had already scheduled appoint for that Tuesday. She said it shouldn’t be a problem as it was only a wheel. At 3:30 Monday afternoon, I called as I hadn’t heard a word. She said they had sent it out to McWhorters Tires, but would check and call me back she called 1.25 hours later and said it was ready. When I picked it up, I looked it led to see if they had rotates the tires? “nope!” I’m just thankful I hadn’t gotten a rental.

Our vehicle had poor craftsmanship the first time we picked it up. Seams did not align properly in three places. A week later and they fixed it properly and paid for our renal car. I feel they should have fixed it properly the first time
