Our vehicle had poor craftsmanship the first time we picked it up. Seams did not align properly in three places. A week later and they fixed it properly and paid for our renal car. I feel they should have fixed it properly the first time

Truck was very well taken care of and actually looks better after repairs than when we purchased it. Wife kept asking me if It was our truck because she couldn’t recognize it without all the Dents from the Hail storm. She used to call it he little Golfball because it had more dents in it than a Golfball.

The outward appearance of the vehicle looks great. The interior appearance has not been popped back in completely and the seat belt is having issues. I informed the shop and they said to bring it back on Tuesday.

Honestly, I hope to not take another vehicle for to Gerber Collision. Communication was good enough. Any delays I was informed promptly. I appreciate that very much. This center was overwhelming for me at the start. My vehicle was fixed I guess so that is something to be grateful about.

I absolutely love the fact that I was Kept in contact with weekly! 10 STARZ for that person. The paint job looks really great and I will have to look over everything else but I’m glad she’s back and as of right now six hours later I see no problems whatsoever so thank you for all the hard work to everyone.
