They were incredibly quick with the repair, setting me up with the rental and with call/text communication. After months of trying to get in contact with the insurance company of the person who hit my car, all I had to do was explain to gerber and they were able to contact the right people to get things rolling again so I could take my car in for the repair knowing it would be paid for. I was so relieved to hear they figured it out, thank you!!
