I am not sure why it is thought to be ok to return a vehicle with a part broken that was not broken before bringing it in, then telling us that we have to pay to fix said piece. It should not be the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure your techs are being careful when disassembling and reassembling trim. This is the second out of two times that details like this have happened. Then, instead of telling me the insurance was not going to pay for your mistake, you just wait and hope I forget.

The daily input on the progress of the vehicle was wonderful. Give DAN at the Manistee office an A+ for personality, and efficiency. A raise would be great. Definitely a wonderful employee to have on staff .
