Through no fault of Gerber my repairs took longer than expected. Maybe from now on, if the vehicle is still okay to drive, it can wait until parts are in before the vehicle gets brought in to be repaired.

Every staff member was courteous and seemed genuinely happy working at Gerber. The repairs were completed one day before the anticipated completion date, which was refreshing given my experience with other automotive repair shops. The loaner vehicle I was given was reliable and of very high quality. Finally, when I brought my vehicle to Gerber, it had much dust, soil, and other debris on the outside and on the inside (I am a forester so my vehicle tends to accumulate these things); when I picked up my vehicle, not only were the repairs complete, but the staff washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which is going above and beyond in my opinion. I very much appreciate the positive experience!
