My only disappointment was the amount of time required for the repair. 3 1/2 weeks seemed to be unreasonable but I understand the difficulty acquiring the parts to make for the best possible results. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and very easy to communicate with. I like the texting that updates the progress of the repair but might like to have it more often with an explanation for the delay. The repair is beautiful and just like new. Glad to have my Toyota pickup back!! Thanks!!

Time frame could be a little sooner but so far a great job. Look forward to finishing the job when parts come in. Thank yall for matching the paint other than the passenger side front fender that was burnt somewhat. Probably could have used a paint job. Other than that the truck was super cleaned out on the inside. Great detail job on the inside.

The 2003 Dodge truck looks almost new. The person who detailed it made it look that way. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen the rims look this good. Kudos to the entire crew who worked on our truck. We are the original owners and appreciate all the work that was put into our truck by all there at Gerber.

This experience was so smooth I would give them a 15 if I could! I was treated well, they called me every few days to update me- if I have another accident I will just have my car towed to them.
