Jeff has zero customer service skills. He called me on the morning of 12/22 and told me my car would be ready that afternoon. I told him I was headed to New York City for the holidays and would pick my car up on 12/29. I showed up on 12/29 and my car was not ready, the check engine light was on and the car was running very rough. He was quick to tell me that was not his problem. I told him the light was not on when I brought it in for repair and it was certainly not running rough!

I am very pleased with the repairs on my car. It was a job well done. The staff was very helpful and attentive. And they did a great job cleaning my car too. I would definitely bring my car back to Gerber if needed in the future.
