Rose, Clay, and Jeff, were over the top, with service, and friendliness. Not to mention completing the job in record time. on my 2014, STS Cadillac! It looked brand new when I picked it up! This is my first time ever having to deal with a shop for auto repair, and I am SO thankful my husband chose to take us to Gerber Collision in Marble Falls! They did such an amazing job fixing my front end on my vehicle, and going above and beyond with vacuuming/washing it as well! (I did not expect this part at all!) Clayton, the manager met me outside when I pulled up, allowed me to wait inside with my baby while he was getting pictures, and information from my 4Runner. He assured me that once we got the process rolling, they would have everything taken care of. He was 100% correct, everything from having the car rental place pick me up, to getting my vehicle back 4 days earlier than planned schedule! Rose, the receptionist is a fantastic contribution to this company. She’s professional, outgoing, super friendly, and was very helpful during the entire process. Having a baby, teenager, and running 2 business’ is super faced paced. This team had me in, and out from the estimate to the drop off, the rental pick up, to the initial pick up. I felt like I was apart of their family, which is hard to find in this fast paced world. To management, Rose at the front desk, and the mechanics who did their magic, I couldn’t be more than grateful! Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass! We will be more than pleased to handle future business with y’all!
