Our vehicle looks brand new after the repair. They had even fully detailed it, which was nice. The only issue we had was when they put the bumper back on the passenger rear light was not fully clicked into the wire so it caused our ticker to have a double sounding click, which alerted us to the problem. Other than that, all was great.

I had horrible customer service when I came to my completion date being upheld. I had four completion dates shared with me, and I was not contacted for any of them saying that the date had been pushed. as I was the one who was calling to verify I was able to get my vehicle the next day and then told I was not. I was also told the manager was going to call me the next day and when I called to speak with the manager a few days later, he told me that message was not shared. I had to make extra accommodations for a vehicle last minute. I was just told I’m sorry, but nothing else. my truck was dropped off on August 6 and I wasn’t able to pick it up until August 22. Communication from the manager the entire time and from the staff is unacceptable considering I was having to pay for a service. I chose the location because it was closest to my home thinking this was going to be the best option and I truly regret giving my business to your company or at least that location. It would’ve been nice if I was offered some sort of reduced pay based off of the extra accommodations I had to pay for.. I would not recommend the location for anybody to get work done

if zero was an option, I would select zero because nobody contacted me for any issues that that came up, pushing my completion date. I was the one calling the day before my completion date to confirm I was picking up my truck to be told no it’s not done. I asked to speak to the manager on a Thursday, August 14 the front desk person said that he is not there but he will contact me Friday the 15th. I received no phone call and I’m the one who called on Monday the 18th to be told no one told him to call me, I don’t understand why insurance company would even use this location since they are just clearly wanting the entrance check and not really servicing anybody

Gerber did an excellent job on our van! It looks so nice and new and clean! They were very courteous and they made sure to finish our van before we went on vacation. We are very thankful for their work! =D

Rose, the front desk was great. The detail guy was great. I was very happy. My truck was cleaner when I got it when I dropped it off everybody there was just very very helpful throughout the entire process.
