Vehicle delivery almost 3 weeks past original promise date. Communication from office personnel VERY UNSATISFACTORY! Recommended to Allstate to fire Gerber ASAP!! Many more issues if interested in talking with me, id be very happy to talk with you

Never, ever will return to Gerber due to failure and very poor communication. Have posted on 3 social media accounts and word of mouth to RUN as fast as a person can from Gerber, Marion, In. location. The staff at Marion Gerber were professional, courteous, patient and consistent in their communication and updates. We worked through insurance delays together and even with the hiccups, returned my vehicle to me beautifully and within a mi th of them receiving it. It was in pretty rough shape at 80% so we just met that repair threshold. I know I asked a lot of questions, but I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work. 10/10 ⭐️
