I waited in the waiting room for close to an hour watching employees eat their lunch and answer phones at their desk. Nobody ever asked if I needed helped, continued to talk to other people in the waiting room. I finally got an attitude and told them I was already done with my inspection and just needed someone to schedule my appt so I could go back to work. Then they all wanted to jump up and act busy and apologize.

I enjoy working with the great team at Gerber Collision & Glass. Every time I walk in there, the team knows my name as I walk through the door, as if I am family and not just a number. It truly is a family environment and I love that about the customer service in Marion, IN. Angie, my CSR, has been my go to with my vehicle, and she has been the best at communicating every step of the way and if there were any hiccups, she would handle it quickly and resolve it.
