Gary Southworth did a great job with getting my truck repaired.He and his boss both helped after hours getting my bumper pulled out so I could drive 25 miles home. I also got great follow up reports from the young lady st the customer service desk.

I love the fact you get text updates on how your car is going . That is very helpful especially when you have a busy life, so you don't waste your time calling to check and no one knows anything like when I took my car to Matthews . I had a horrible experience. I love Gerber ,and would recommend it to anyone . And your receptionist is the very best and very good at customer service ! Make sure to keep her around and give her a raise !!
