Extremely satisfied. I'm waiting for my hitch and Fabian suggested me getting my vehicle back until the part comes in and this was such a relief for me. They did an excellent job with replacing my bumper and detailing my car, my car actually had a better detail job from when I bought it back in May. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass, great job on the repair top tier customer service!!!

Repairs took longer than expected. I ran out of car rental days approved by Progressive Insurance. My car was ready except side molding that had to be special ordered from Honda and Gerber expected any day. I chose to pick up my car/turned in the Enterprise Rental car. Gerber Rep said they would call me when the parts came in, and I could bring my car in for them to put molding on - it should only take 20 minutes while I waited. I’ve called twice for an update and last week they checked with Honda and the parts were out for delivery that day to Gerber expected by 3 pm - they would call…
