Disappointed only in decision to leave 2 glaring dash lights on my dash. Problems not corrected because insurance wouldn’t pay for damage that was not present before I was rear ended. Van age shouldn’t matter. That decision was insurance taking advantage of me. The door motor was working just fine. It had been replaced when hit previously. They could have checked previous records. Also airbag light. Light was fine and off when checked during recall. I am again disappointed in my insurance.

Thank you for doing things that weren’t expected - like cleaning my messy car (dog hair galore!) and buffing the headlights out so they aren’t fogged over anymore. That was totally unexpected and very very much appreciated. Thank you!!! Will recommend you to anyone asking for a quality repair shop!
