We appreciate you all , however the media / navigation panel was supposed to be calibrated and it wasn’t in working order when we came to Modesto to pick it up. We have to drive all the way back Monday.

Initially Gerber was highly recommended to us for their quality of work. We had also had a different vehicle repaired and had no issues. It was a newer vehicle.

Initially I was very excited to pick up my vehicle. 1st look it was dirty, ok I can understand the layer of dust, our region is dusty, but the windows had been wiped down with something that had a residue and ot left streaks. I had to wash the car as soon as I arrived home. 2nd. There was over spray on the mirrors 3rd there was sticky residue on replacement part, and something on the newly replaced bumper. I was told "oh, it's just..." But why did I have to point it out. 4the the right side mirror is missing the gloss coat to the interior side of the side mirror, 5th an inferior after market replacement was used and it has ripples, and is not se urely set, 6th when I arrived home my husband asked if I had been under the hood, I replied no, and he said the hood was not closed properly. Glad I only used surface street that trip. Just overall deflated with my experience, and I haven't mentioned the lights. Also, my husband authorized masking of the antenna, but Gerber admitted to masking the mirrors too. Also, I believe a more seasoned painter may have been able to tint the paint to be a better match to a 10 year old paint vs the stock color of new car paint. The new paint is pretty, but is obviously new paint.
