The office person was great. I was less impressed with the estimator. She wasn’t there when I brought my car in to be looked at, her time estimate was way off, and when I picked up the car she was yelling in the back about some problem person without checking to see if the office person had customers in the shop who didn’t need to hear her yelling. Having said that, they did complete the repairs in the timeframe given with the new estimate.
