I was very pleased with the way everyone treated me and handled getting my car repaired. Karly was very knowledgeable about looking at the damage and telling me what it would take to fix it. She kept me informed at every phase of the repairs and when it would be ready for pick up. The lady at the front desk (her name escapes me) was always smiling and very welcoming. She was very good at keeping up with all the paper work and answering my questions. In fact, I did not meet anyone at Gerber's who was not friendly and helpful. A definite recommendation from me.
