Picked up vehicle at 4:45 pm on Friday, April 14th. Arrives home at 5:00 pm ( only 5 minute drive from location) and found that the passenger window will not let down (controls from driver door that was removed so not work on it). Also, the driver side window is messed up because the frame is not out on right and the black molding around the window was not installed back properly from when the door was taken off for the initial repairs. Window and molding does not align when rolling window back up. We immediately called at 5:10 but was already closed and message was left in the voce mailbox. We are awaiting hopefully a call back first thing Monday morning or we will be contacting as soon business is open. We returnes the rental provides by the insurance company while repairea were being done and now the vehicle is still not correct.

The work done was beautiful. Can't even tell that an accident happened. Our only concern is that on the day of the wreck, Amanda had just got about three quarters of a tank of gas, and when we picked it up it was just above empty. I don't know if y'all had to drain the tank or what, but a heads up about it would have been nice. Other than that, no complaints. thank you for the great job you did.
