The team explained everything that needed to be done and gave me an 18-day estimated repair time. The day I dropped it off, they disassembled the front end and verified there was no structural or mechanical damage and updated my estimate to 11 days. Four days after I dropped off my Jeep, they had the repairs completed. Excellent job!!

Went to pick it up today and my taillight is still broken and there’s a large scratch still on my hatchback. My vechike was there because I rear ended another car. So why were those not fixed? But they called me for an unrelated small dent I had. I paid my deductible and an extra $400+. But they missed the rear end famage? Extremely upset! This should not had been missed, I’m waiting for someone to call me back!
