We had a very good experience from start to finish . Both office personnel at the Somerset St. location and the Nanty Glo location were very pleasant and helpful . The General manager assisted us in getting an earlier appointment at the alternative location so that we could get our car fixed sooner . We received nearly daily communication about the progresso and got the car back much sooner than anticipated . And the work is perfect . No complaints at all .

I received 4 text updates between 6/11/26 (11 days until completion), 6/16 & 6/17 both saying it’ll be ready for 6/22/26. 6/19/26 said it’s near completion. It wasn’t ready until 6/25. When inspecting the work on 6/25, I was highly disappointed in the work. The paint was gouged on the corners of the bumper, a scratch on the quarter panel. Both rear mud flaps were missing a bolt and the plastic bumper cover that is on top of the bumper by the hatch was missing. Also the front fender didn’t appear to be fitting properly against the front bumper. So today 7/1/26 I picked my car up, the rear bumper still has a small mark on it but is barely noticeable, the front bumper still didn’t fit nicely and the eye sight cover against the windshield was half off. I decided to live with the mark on the back bumper and if the front bumper gets worse, the receptionist said it’s covered under a warranty. They pulled my car back in again to fix the eye sight cover. So finally the 3rd time is the charm to get it finally done.
