I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work performed on my 2014 Honda Accord. Upon receiving my vehicle, I immediately noticed several issues that should not be present after a professional repair. Hardware was left loose under the hood, and there is cracked paint in the door jamb. Multiple interior and exterior panels were not properly secured, and the interior plastic trim now shows visible pry marks. The newly installed bumper also has pry marks along the driver-side edge from reinstallation, despite being freshly painted. Additionally, the chrome trim along the driver-side window does not sit flush and has a noticeable gap where it meets the door. I was told this would correct itself over time with heat, which is not an acceptable explanation for improper fitment. The fog light bulb that was installed is either not functioning or was not properly connected. The driver’s side memory seat function also no longer works, suggesting it may have been disconnected or damaged during the repair process. While I did receive replacement parts including a new bumper, grille, headlight, and fog light assembly, along with repair work on the driver-side fender, the overall reassembly of the vehicle was done in a careless and unprofessional manner. Upon closer inspection, numerous flaws become apparent. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the work performed and expected a much higher standard of quality.
