It took around six months. We kept getting texts saying something had been done but when we called to check it hadn’t been. To be fair the workmanship seems good but I expected that to begin with. If it had been someone’s work vehicle they’d have been in quite a bind. It appears to me that Gerber is one of these new companies that thinks everything can be accurately accounted for by a computer. As a skilled technician and craftsman I can assure you that will never be the case. In my experience it wastes more time than it ever saves. It does provide fodder for the data heads that have never and will never produce anything.
