Took my car in November 3 got my car back December 12th. I was told November 28. It should be ready by the next day November 29 again I got it on 12 December each week. I was told the same thing this week early next week they’re still a part of my car, they didn’t get put on and they told me because I had to extend my rental so long that they were going to pay some of it when I went to take back my rental on Friday that hadn’t happened either

The price was more than they told me it would be. And I was not contacted when they told me they would. I waited until my set drop off date and then dropped it off and scheduled my ride and they called 3 hours later and told me to pick it up because they don’t have the part and told me they would call Thursday (they never did). I had to call 3 more times to figure out when to bring it in. No apologies were made. When they called and said it was done I asked if it was the agreed on price and she said yes (it was not and it was 20-30 higher) even though it is not that much it comes across as dishonest and not a place I would go back to.
