Everyone was very professional & took time to make sure I understood everything. Once they were able to inspect the actual damage they let me know the exact amount I would need to pay, & why. They kept me posted about the progress of my repair, including a delay in receiving a part. They kept me updated as to when my vehicle would be completed down to what time it would be available for pickup. What a great experience in an otherwise bad situation. I will highly recommend them to family & friends in need of their services.
