This was an excellent experience all around. The communication by the office staff was very good. The actual work / repair was professional grade and the estimate was spot on. The job was finishing ahead of schedule. They even coordinated pick up and return with the rental car agents just down the road. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Windshield washer reservoir that was damaged in the accident was not repaired; there was a fine coating of what looked like it was the result of the windows being left open when the car body was being sanded

The results of the repairs were excellent. The time to complete the repairs was over 10 days. The vehicle they worked on was a Mercedes and the had to locate/borrow equipment to reset the electrical components. The email updates were not valuable. They were generic . "We are on targeting would have petfered to have a percent of the project is complete .
