Antoinette Hackett is the Honda owner . Tasha Hackett is my aunt . I’m insured under her insurance . What can I say ? Since drop off to completion I’ve been updated every step of the way about my car. What I LOVED the most is when I picked my vehicle up, it was washed and shiny . Clean on the inside and out . Even out car fresheners in there . WOW . Also the front desk help. They were smiling , polite and answered all questions with great knowledge . Excellent customer service . Caliber Collision has a fan. 💕💕

The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Sam was friendly, down to earth, funny and incredibly helpful. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. The sweet lady at the front desk was wonderful too. She had such a warm personality and made every visit a pleasure. We truly felt taken care of.
