Excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They were extremely punctual throughout the entire process, and they actually finished the repairs ahead of the estimated completion date, which allowed me to pick up my vehicle earlier than expected — something I truly appreciated. I also want to highlight something that is rare nowadays: they ALWAYS answered the phone, almost instantly. I never had to chase updates or wait forever to get information. The ladies who handled the phone calls were always kind, understanding, and professional. They made me feel heard and well taken care of from beginning to end. Outstanding customer service, excellent communication, and a smooth overall experience. I would recommend them 200% without hesitation
