Would love to discuss what my experience was. It started with being told over and over I needed to pick my car up to find bumper wasn't replaced, hitch wasn't painted, trailer plug was unuseablec scratches on fenders that weren't there. I pointed this out and was told oh yeah I see that. Vehicle went back in for another week. Very odd and unprofessional!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Gerber Collision location. My repair took nearly two months because the shop repeatedly ordered the wrong parts. When I returned for the remaining repairs, I took a day off work and waited over four hours, only to find out my vehicle wasn’t even being prioritized. Throughout the process, there was very little communication, no apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience or lost time. I expected much better customer service and professionalism.
