Now that the transition is complete and they seem to have reliable people in place, the likelihood would be higher.

Once the repair was underway, it went smoothly and in a timely manner. However, getting to that point was an effort. I had to make three visits just to insure the part was ordered and once the part arrived, no one notified me that it was in. Communication during the transition from CKM to Gerber was lacking at best.
