I have never had to have a car repaired before and Gerber made it so easy. The fact that they take care of the rental reservation made things so easy. Drop my vehicle off and pick up the rental. After 7 days my vehicle was done and all i had to do was drop off the rental sign one form and I was done. Thank you for your quick easy service. My ford looks as good as the day I drove off the dealer lot. Thank you!

The work done to my car was very good, I am pleased with the results but I was not pleased with the poor customer service and long wait for my car to be finished.
