Service was great as well a communication. However someone absconded with an expensive knife either the person who towed the vehicle or maybe someone on their team. Survey was delayed until I checked to make sure I didn't take the knife out. My fault for forgetting it in my vehicle. Whomever took it should be ashamed of themselves.
