The team at the Pen Argyl location handled the scheduling and communication professionally, and the repair was completed in a reasonable timeframe. However, I’m not satisfied with the final result on the front bumper alignment after the collision repair. There’s a noticeable step/offset and inconsistent gaps along the bumper-to-headlight and fender seam. This wasn’t present before the accident. The issue appeared post repair and affects the appearance and potentially wind noise or fit over time. I understand that aftermarket parts were used but I feel like a better job could be accomplished with adjustment of clips and shims to make it flush.
