When I brought my car in I asked and had receptionist make a note stating not to touch heat control knob, she herself moved the knob. Inow have minimal heat in my car. Not happy with that, I had just paid $80. to get my heat turned on in my car.

Aside from the parts delays that are ongoing because of state of the world, everything was fantastic. They were helpful and friendly with updates, helping with setting up a rental and communicating when there was delays. Troy was always friendlh and very communicative with me, even was kind enough to send update photos.
