Love the detailing inside and out after the repairs! Thanks for that. We liked the email updates…and the calls…however the emails and calls sometimes contradicted each other. Took longer than expected but understand why. Thanks a lot!

Did not care for the estimate process and the results we were given about what that person thought occurred. We had to file a 2nd claim. The insurance sided with us about what happened and the claims were combined. Dont like to be accused of lying. Took longer than originally promised. Had to spend an additional $300on car rental fees. Got an email 3 days after we dropped it off that were starting in repairs. Why did we have to drop it off 3 days earlier if they weren't gonna work on it right away. Once again, more rental expenses than necessary. I was happy with the finished work and the front office lady as she was very friendly.
